Pat Durston

Pat has been full time in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Her experience as a home builder and re-modeler gives Pat's buyers and sellers an added value and advantage in this ever changing market.
 

Pat was born and raised in Ann Arbor and sits on many boards including the Builders & Remodelers  Association of Greater Ann Arbor and the Ann Arbor Student Home Building Industry Program.

She has been recognized for her service to the industry by receiving the 2008 Associate Of The Year and the 2006 Realtor Of The Year and most recently in 2018,  inducted into the Hall of Fame  awarded by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor. Pat has also has received  Reinhart's Presidents Award  year after year for the high volume of homes sold. This year, Pat placed in the top 5% of the more than 1 million Realtors across the country. Buyers and sellers of vacant land, new construction, luxury homes, relocation, and even first time home buyers find her vast experience and knowledge invaluable.
